Eleven months to the day, we now have two young women

Sunshine was a little freaked out when she started her first menstruation yesterday. She doesn't really have the maturity for it in my opinion but it's not my call. So I hurried to the Boys and Girls Club when her Big Sister called us and very succinctly and maturely gave us the information without giving said info to the entire club (good job Fe!!!).
She was convinced that she was going to bleed to death. But has calmed down and is less panicky.
Yes, we've gone over all the information ahead of time, multiple times, and had all the talks and she "knows" all about puberty, but she's been nervous all this week and now we know why.
No more babies for us... just young women.
